Philip Carl Smith Sr, 56, son of the late Willie Smith and Annie Porter-Breeden, was born May 11, 1961 in Trenton, NJ. He departed this life peacefully on Friday, February 9, 2018. He graduated from TCHS and was employed by EXXON, Sears/NTB for many years. Predeceased by his siblings, Alan Smith and Wanda Wiliams; 1 aunt, Leila Banks;1 uncle, Homer Porter and 1 niece Tamika Smith, he leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife of 35 years, Demeatrice M. Smith; children; Maurice Smith, Philip Smith, Jr., Patrease Leonard (Rhet)and Dominique Scott; 5 grandchildren, Jyrese, D’Metrius and Jubilee Smith, River and Tyler Scott; aunt, Thelma Porter; mother in-law, Bessie Picket, and son’s fiancée, Kyla Hughley. Funeral services will be Saturday, February 17, 2018 at Anderson Funeral Service, 300 North Willow Street, Trenton. Viewing 10am; funeral, 11am.
